Backtagging: Definitely! I can be slow occasionally myself so it's no worries.

Availability: I'm located in CST and usually tag after 6pm or very early in the morning. I usually get one a day, but if we happen to catch each other while we're both on I'm usually happy to boomerang! I do tend to get sick a lot so there may be days where I don't get to anything at all.

Fourthwall: No, please don't.

Offlimits: I'd appreciate warnings for graphic sexual content. Beyond that, I'm very open to just about anything as long as it's appropriate given the tone of the thread! If our characters don't have close CR or it's not really tonally appropriate for the thread, I'd appreciate a warning for mentions of abuse or alcoholism.

Threadhopping: If it fits for the thread, go ahead.

Handwaving: If our characters have only had one or two interactions, I'd prefer not to handwave that they're friends/close unless we've talked about it! I'm more than open to handwaving things if we talk though so feel free to message me!

In Character

Physical Contact: Ivy doesn't like her personal space being invaded, so she'll more than likely actively pull away.

Flirting/Affection: There's always a background hint of flirtatiousness when she interacts with people so go ahead! She's a little bit less comfortable with genuine affection though, so expect awkwardness.

Fighting: Sure, lets talk about it!

Injury/Death: Death for Ivy means losing her soul, so most likely not that without planning. Injury is a go though! Keep in mind she is a vampire with very little control of her vampiric instincts. Blood causes her to start to lose herself, so that can be troublesome.

Telepathy: Sure, that's fine with me! Ivy is a very messed up woman though so have fun with that. She generally always is fighting the monster inside of her and she has a lot of PTSD from the abuse she's been through.

Visual: Ivy is a striking six feet tall with pale skin, long thick black hair, and brown eyes. She's thin, elegant, but also has enough lean muscle to her to look a tiny bit intimidating. There are several very deep scars on her neck that she mostly tries to hide with scarfs or other items of clothing. She has what's described as "undefinable Asian features." As is typical with vampires she has very sharp canine teeth that can be spotted when she smiles.

Fashion: The biggest thing to notice about Ivy's fashion sense is that she almost always finds herself wearing things that look expensive. She varies between elegant blouses and the typical mesh and leather pants you might expect from a vampire. She favors things with high collars to hide her scars and can often be seen wearing scarfs. There's almost always a large silver cross around her neck.

Demeanor: Ivy is aloof and holds herself high. She can often be seen with her arms folded across her chest with an emotionless expression. Her movements almost always have a slightly seductive and elegant quality to them. Her voice varies between vaguely emotionless and controlled to flirtatious and sultry. The more sultry and flirtatious she gets the more intense her eyes get. There's almost always a sense of tenseness in her, as if she was constantly fighting with something inside of her. Which she is. She's also very quiet when she moves, sometimes making no sound at all.

Powers / Abilities

Vampire: As a vampire she has has enhanced strength, enhanced speed, enhanced reflexes, and enhanced senses. Her enhanced senses are high enough that she can even tell the difference between the scent of people's blood and can track people by scent. She has cat-like teeth with sharp points that allow her to easily pierce a person's skin. When she bites someone her saliva causes neurotoxins to seep into the victim's muscle tissue. This saliva causes a great deal of ecstasy and is often high addictive due to how amazing it can make a person feel.

High Blood Living Vampire: High blood living vampires are born with the vampire virus in them. When they die they will ALWAYS become an undead vampire and lose their souls. They have a heartbeat, they have flowing blood, they still have their soul, and they don't necessarily need blood to survive. Most drink blood in order to keep their predatory nature under control and to suppress the "monster" inside of them. When high blood living vampires take blood they also take a bit of the aura from a person, which can make that person feel her emotions as well. As a high-blood living vampire Ivy has access to the ability to bespell people, aka mind control them. This works best with people who are willing or who want to be dominated by her (ie, people who are sexually/romantically interested in her). She can "pull an aura" which means she releases pheromones in the air that make people more compliant with what she wants. It can amp someone's sexual urges, amp up fear, and she can use it to calm someone/make them unaware of pain.

Empathy: Ivy has a bit of empathy in that she can sense other's emotions based on pheromones they release. This makes it very hard for someone to lie to her. On the flip side, she can be easily influenced by other's emotions if they're intense enough. She also has the ability to read emotional imprints that are left in a room which allows her to see the last few hours of a room as if it were a painting. This made her good at her job as a detective.

Shipping / Extra

OTP/NoTP: I will never find anyone that plays from this series haha

Preferences: I'm game for any sort of shipping, but Ivy can be very difficult to get close to. Due to her past trauma she has a hard time not associating drinking blood and sex, so rather than dealing with that she just avoids romance.

Warnings Ivy's background deals with an abusive Master vampire who shaped her to be his partner from a very very young age. Their relationship was very dark with her trying desperately to break away from the physical, mental, emotional, and sexual abuse. She doesn't mention this to people unless she gets close to them and so it will rarely come up. She does however mention her Master now and then.
